Excavator, as a profit tool for many friends, can be said to be an all-powerful god of war. However, it often encounters complex and diverse engineering tasks such as lifting, crushing, stonework, and brushing. In order to complete all kinds of work smoothly and efficiently, it is necessary to master the operation skills of each operation.
First, the recommended mining operation
When working, the stability of the machine not only improves work efficiency, extends machine life, but also ensures safe operation. So, what are the ways to improve operational stability?
1, ensure that the sprocket is always on the back side
The sprocket is on the rear side and is more stable than on the front side, and it also protects the final drive.
2, the lateral work stability is poor
The spacing A of the track on the ground is always greater than the spacing B, so the forward working stability is good. Work should always be guaranteed to work forward, unless the conditions limit it must be operated sideways.
3, to ensure that the machine is always in a stable place
Usually the best driver of the technology always keeps the machine in a balanced position. Putting the machine on a flat surface not only helps the operator's line of sight, maintenance safety, but also helps extend the life of the machine.
4, effective mining methods
When the bucket cylinder and the link rod, the arm cylinder and the arm are mutually 900, each cylinder has the highest digging force. According to this angle, the excavation efficiency can be improved.
When excavating with the arm, ensure that the arm angle ranges from the front 450 angle to the rear 300 angle. In this range, if the boom and the bucket are also used, the excavation efficiency can be improved.
5, a smooth operation method
Mining point affects stability
If the digging point is far away from the machine, the center of gravity will move forward, causing instability. Keep the digging point close to the machine to improve stability and digging forces.
Lateral excavation is less stable than forward digging, so if the digging point is far away from the machine, the machine will be more unstable. Keep the digging point at a suitable distance from the machine to make the operation more efficient. (When the mobile machine is close to the digging point, it must be carefully checked to avoid the ground collapse.)
The effect of the rear of the car body leaving the ground
If you work in an uneven place, the rear of the car will leave the ground, the track link will be slack, and the track roller will be released from the chain. On hard floors, such as concrete floors, the vibrations are unusually large and can adversely affect the lower body and the undercarriage.
Always maintain proper track tension.
The use of the weight of the machine as a method of excavation imposes additional load on the support on the work unit and vibration on the undercarriage. The hydraulic pressure should be used for excavation work.
2, using the impact force
Operation with impact forces can cause damage and cracking of the bucket and work equipment, as well as transient high pressure inside the cylinder, causing the cylinder to bulge.
3. Operation at the end of the cylinder stroke
The cylinder is equipped with a cushioning device that gradually releases the back pressure. If the impact load is applied at the end of the stroke, the piston will directly hit the cylinder head or the bottom of the cylinder, which may cause damage. Avoid operating at the end of the stroke; if it is unavoidable, leave some clearance at the end of the stroke.
4, swing
Cannot do bulldozing work when turning
If you have to turn:
* Always pay attention to the load during operation to make the rotation smooth.
* Check that there are no obstacles.
Dozing with a swing will cause a load on one side of the bucket and work unit, which can cause torsion or bending, so be very careful when doing this
5, unloading
When loading large rocks, you must discharge near the bottom of the truck compartment.
If the rock is removed at a higher place, it will hit the pit at the bottom of the car.
Loading the soil first, then loading the rock, can reduce the load on the bottom of the car.
When carrying out the loading operation, stop the dump truck in a place that is easy for the driver to see and load it as shown on the left. This improves work efficiency and ensures safety.
6, turning
When driving on a steep slope, the turning speed is faster and it is difficult to control the machine, so avoid turning when going downhill.
If you have to turn, stop the machine first. When turning left, turn the left track backwards. When turning right, turn the right track backwards. This method can reduce the risk of turning on the slope.
