Accident one：

Cause of the accident: The operator misjudged the width of the machine and the width of the road, causing the machine to slide into the pond while it was in progress.

Accident two：

Cause of the accident: the quarrying operation in the mountain area, because the owner and the operator did not have the dangerous pre-support of the “mountain landslide”, and did not take the necessary protective measures, causing the machine to be destroyed by the falling rocks.

Accident three：

Cause of the accident: The machine was built in the river sand of the river. Before the operation of the operator, the depth of the pond was not determined, and the operation was rushed, causing the machine to drive into the pond and roll over.

Accident four：

Cause of the accident: The machine is working on the tidal flat on the riverside. The operator does not understand the grounding pressure of the machine, causing the machine to fall into the mud.

Accident five：

Cause of the accident: The wiring harness of the machine has deteriorated, but the owner has not changed the wiring harness in time due to lack of danger and precaution, resulting in a fire accident.

Accident six：
Cause of the accident: When the engine passes through an iron bridge, the driver's estimation of the height of the machine is insufficient, causing the machine to collide with the iron bridge, the cab is deformed, and the boom hose is damaged.

Accident seven：

Cause of the accident: The machine was working on the ship. At that time, the wind was very strong at sea. However, the operator lacked the danger of predicting the external weather, the environment and other natural factors, and continued to operate according to the usual procedure. As a result, the machine turned over due to excessive speed and weight loss.

Accident eight：

Cause of the accident: When the work was stopped, the operator stopped the machine without confirming the site in advance. There was a large pit in the place where the machine was stopped. The waste pit suddenly collapsed the next day, causing the machine to roll over.

Accident nine：

Cause of the accident: The machine was on the riverside and was caught in the mud. When waiting for the rescue, the machine was flooded due to the rising tide of the river (the operator did not consider this objective law).

Accident ten：

Causes of the accident: Due to the rainy weather, the roadbed of the mountain road was soft. The operator was not aware of the danger and did not confirm the road condition in advance. As a result, the whole vehicle fell more than 200 meters to the riverside of the mountain, and it also caused a major safety accident in which another person in the cab died.

Accident eleven：
Causes of the accident: Due to the working environment, some excavators are under construction, in some loose work environments, and the overweight of the car body can easily cause the ground to collapse, thus causing rollover.

Some of the above-mentioned painful safety accidents were caused by direct operation of the site environment before the operation, and some were caused by natural factors such as weather and high tide that were not fully considered during the operation.
In the final analysis, it is caused by the lack of danger and awareness of the owner and operator.
Therefore, strengthening the basic risk-predictive awareness of the parties is the key to solving the problem.
