Product Details

Charateristics:
1. Wide range of hydraulic pressure resistance 0.5Mpa-60Mpa.
2. Working Temperature range from -40~120 centigrade.
3. Varieties of diameter sizes and fitting types available.
4. Excellent flexibility and shock absorption perfomance.
5. Qualified materials: NBR+steel wire with SBR+CPE
Production process:
1. Set plastic mandrel and extrude the inner layer.
2. Weave or wind the steel wires with rolled interlayer.
3. Extrude the external layer.
4. Extrude the plastic wrap before vulcanizing.
5. Steam the hoses for vulcanization.
6. Stripe the plastic wrap off.
7. Extract the mandrel with water pressure.
8. Cut the hoses for right length and assemble fittings together.
9. Test working pressure of the hose assy.
10. Pack the hose assy. for stock.
