1. Do not use the bucket to open the object and then excavate

2. It is forbidden to use the bucket to fall impact rock operation

The second prohibited operation is to use the force generated by the falling of the bucket to carry out the impact rock excavation, so that the bucket, the boom and the car body will have a large impact load, causing relatively large damage, serious It will also crack.

In this way, first, there will be large bending deformation at the joint of the bucket and the arm, and the crack will reduce the service life of the bucket. 3. Rotating the impacting object is very hurting the bucket

The third prohibited operational behavior is to use the bucket side wall collision force to move the object or the turning force to move the large object. As shown in the figure, when the bucket collides with the rock, the bucket, the boom and the working device will generate a large load, which seriously affects the service life of the excavator. Therefore, this operation is also not allowed.

4. Height work, rotating tooth, impact rock

When the excavator excavates at a high place, even if the tooth is not inserted into the soil, it cannot be rotated, because the tooth easily hits the hard rock, which not only causes damage to the tooth but also affects the working device. May cause bending deformation of the boom, which will affect the service life of the excavator.
