1. Mechanical equipment anchor bolt installation

4. Equipment grouting. Grouting between the base of the equipment and the foundation is carried out after the equipment is leveled, the anchor bolts are tightened, and each test item is qualified. The grouting material is usually selected from the design, and it is preferred to use non-shrinkage concrete or micro-expansion concrete.

5, equipment cleaning and assembly

Cleaning: Cleaning can be divided into rust and rust cleaning, grease cleaning, degreasing, hydraulic and lubrication pipeline cleaning, etc.; two stages of pickling and rinsing; commissioning and operation before equipment commissioning to ensure equipment commissioning Lubrication and oil supply.

Assembly: First, in the process of mechanical equipment installation, the electromechanical equipment assembled on site includes: coupling and fastening; coupling, clutch, brake; bearing; transmission belt; chain and gear; Secondly, after the equipment is cleaned and assembled, the mating surface and the processing surface shall be free of burrs and dirt, and the oil passage shall be clean and unobstructed. In the assembly, lubrication points that need to be filled with lubricant should be filled with a qualified and appropriate amount of lubricant according to the design specifications. Finally, the assembly operation does not allow damage to the device. When assembling large and heavy-duty parts and components, adjust the levelness or verticality in the suspended state. If necessary, install guides, and the landing should be smooth and accurate. Lubricant should be applied to the surface of the fitting.

6. Machine equipment adjustment, trial operation and completion acceptance

Adjustment and trial operation are important links in the quality of comprehensive inspection equipment manufacturing and equipment installation. They involve many professions and many personnel, and must be carefully organized and unified. The trial operation of mechanical equipment is divided into three stages. The single-unit no-load test run and the no-load joint test run are organized and implemented by the construction unit. The test run must have the required conditions and the correct test run method. The load linkage test run is organized and implemented by the construction unit.

After the completion of the mechanical equipment installation project, the completion and acceptance shall be carried out. This is the last process of the installation project.
