If you have a lot of irregular operations on the excavator, it will directly affect the service life of your excavator.Today, I will tell you about the circumstances that are not suitable for excavation work, and remember the work that cannot be ignored.

1. The excavator starts to work when it is unstable.

The first wrong operation behavior: As shown in the above figure, the excavator starts to work under unstable conditions, and this behavior is not worth promoting. Because the frame of the working excavator will be repeatedly twisted and deformed, the frame will be cracked for a long time and the service life will be reduced.


The correct treatment under the above conditions is that, as shown in the figure, the entire mound is in front of the track of the excavator, so that the excavator is in a stable state, and normal operation can be performed.

2. The cylinder rod is telescopic to the limit for excavation work


The operation behavior of the second comparative injury excavator is as follows: as shown in the figure, the hydraulic cylinder of the excavator is telescoped to the end position for excavation operation.
